Hannah is the owner and lead planner of Ginger Bloom Collection, a planning and coordination studio known for its refined approach to seamlessly executed celebrations. Based in Hawaiʻi, she founded the company with a vision for creating events that feel elevated, deeply personal, and thoughtfully managed from beginning to end.
With more than a decade of experience planning and coordinating events for nonprofits, organizations, and private clients across Oʻahu and the Midwest, along with extensive experience supporting weddings and large scale productions through established planning teams prior to founding Ginger Bloom Collection, Hannah brings a practiced and strategic approach to every celebration. In addition to her work throughout Hawaiʻi, she has supported and coordinated events in destinations around the world, giving her a broad perspective and the ability to navigate complex logistics with confidence and care.
She leads the planning process with clarity, precision, and professionalism, overseeing timelines, vendor collaboration, and event logistics with a detail driven mindset and a steady command of the full coordination process.
On event day, Hannah is known for her calm presence and decisive leadership. She anticipates needs before they arise, navigates challenges with ease, and ensures every element of the celebration unfolds exactly as intended so her clients can remain fully present and at ease.
